Shape platform governance, drive AI transformation, and lead multi-module implementations (ITSM → SecOps → Creator Workflows). Consultative role partnering with C-suite executives and Enterprise Architects. Key Responsibilities Develop executive relationships with platform owners, CTOs, and federal CIOs to align ServiceNow with transformation vision Architect end-to-end solutions across ITSM, CMDB/CSDM, ITOM, IRM, HRSD, SecOps, SPM, CSM, Creator Workflows Translate business goals into multi-year architectural roadmaps with clear outcomes and KPIs Position ServiceNow as digital transformation standard vs legacy platforms (Remedy, custom apps) Drive instance health – reduce technical debt, enforce guardrails, optimize core data model Lead AI adoption – Now Assist, agentic workflows, LLM orchestration, generative AI capabilities Mentor development teams on leading practices, scoped apps, ATF testing, CI/CD pipelines Create reusable assets – accelerators, HLD/LLD templates, integration patterns Present platform strategy to executive stakeholders and federal oversight boards Required Skills & Qualifications Core Requirements (8 – 10 yrs total): 3+ yrs Enterprise/Solution Architect role OR equivalent leadership Large-scale ServiceNow deployments (1000+ users, multi-instance) Operational leadership (platform teams, implementation leadership) Executive relationship management + roadmap development Technical Must-Haves Multi-module expertise (ITSM/ITOM + 2+ additional: SecOps/HRSD/SPM) CMDB/CSDM design + Service Graph Connectors + Discovery patterns Integration Hub + REST/OAuth2 + MID Server architecture Instance strategy + technical debt reduction + upgrade governance Strategic technical leader architecting enterprise ServiceNow solutions for federal and financial services clients.
