1. SBA 8(a) Certified

SBA 8(a)is a business assistance program for small, disadvantaged businesses. The 8(a) Program offers a broad scope of assistance to firms that are owned and controlled at least 51% by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals. The 8(a) Program is an essential instrument for helping socially and economically disadvantaged entrepreneurs gain access to the economic mainstream of American society. The program helps thousands of aspiring entrepreneurs to gain a foothold in government contracting.

2. SBA (EDWOSB)

An Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Business (EDWOSB), is a business that is no less than 51 percent owned by one or more women who are “economically disadvantaged”. However, the Small Business Administration may waive this requirement of economic disadvantage for industries in which WOSBs are “substantially underrepresented.” The ownership of the business must be direct as defined as set forth in Title 13, Part 127 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR).

3. OASIS+

OASIS+ is a government-wide, multiple-award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle created to support federal agencies in acquiring comprehensive services-based solutions. Building on the success of the original OASIS program, it expands overall scope, flexibility, and access to a broad pool of highly qualified contractors. What sets OASIS+ apart is its Best-in-Class designation, extended ordering period with no contract ceiling, and efficient task-order process that allows agencies to quickly engage trusted service providers.

4. 8 (A) STARS III

8(a) STARS III, GWAC is a small business set-aside GWAC, provides flexible access to customized IT solutions from a large, diverse pool of 8(a) industry partners. This next-generation GWAC builds upon the framework of 8(a) STARS II and expands capabilities for emerging technologies and outside the continental United States (OCONUS) requirements.

5. GSA MAS

Under the MAS Program, GSA issues long-term governmentwide contracts that provide federal, state, and local government buyers access to commercial products, services and solutions at pre-negotiated pricing. Synapse Business Systems is also in the new MAS 8(a) Pool that makes it eligible to MAS sole source 8(a) orders up to $4.5 million.
