Client Account Executive
Careers Job Description We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Account Executive to manage client relationships and support end-to-end recruitment delivery for IT staffing requirements. The role involves close coordination with clients and internal recruitment teams to ensure timely hiring, strong communication, and high service quality. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts Understand client hiring needs and job specifications for IT positions Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of shortlisted candidates Manage end-to-end interview coordination, including scheduling and follow-ups with clients and candidates Track candidate progress from sourcing through onboarding Maintain accurate documentation of client communications and candidate status in the recruitment CRM/ATS Handle client feedback, resolve queries, and escalate issues to relevant teams when required Share regular recruitment status updates and progress reports with clients Support in drafting and refining job descriptions based on client requirements and hiring trends Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and service delivery Required Skills & Qualifications 2–5 years of experience in Client Account Management / Account Coordination / Recruitment Operations Strong understanding of IT staffing and recruitment processes Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills Experience working with ATS tools Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills Preferred Qualifications Experience working with IT staffing or consulting firms Exposure to domestic recruitment models Client-facing experience with hiring managers and HR stakeholders We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Account Executive to manage client relationships and support end-to-end recruitment delivery for IT staffing requirements.
