Client Account Executive
Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Account Executive to manage client relationships and support end-to-end recruitment delivery for IT staffing requirements. The role involves close coordination with clients and internal recruitment teams to ensure timely hiring, strong communication, and high service quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Understand client hiring needs and job specifications for IT positions
- Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of shortlisted candidates
- Manage end-to-end interview coordination, including scheduling and follow-ups with clients and candidates
- Track candidate progress from sourcing through onboarding
- Maintain accurate documentation of client communications and candidate status in the recruitment CRM/ATS
- Handle client feedback, resolve queries, and escalate issues to relevant teams when required
- Share regular recruitment status updates and progress reports with clients
- Support in drafting and refining job descriptions based on client requirements and hiring trends
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and service delivery
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in Client Account Management / Account Coordination / Recruitment Operations
- Strong understanding of IT staffing and recruitment processes
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with ATS tools
- Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with IT staffing or consulting firms
- Exposure to domestic recruitment models
- Client-facing experience with hiring managers and HR stakeholders
